Return & Shipping Policy
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damage or defective in any way. If you received a damaged item, within 48 hours please contact us with your order number as well as a picture along with the original package slip and email them to email@example.com. Explaining in detail what is wrong with what ever item(s) you received. After we have reviewed your email and go over the situation we will then email you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s), and the process we will take to get your items replaced. In order for use to maintain the quality of our products we will not accept any returns other than the reason the item(s) were damaged. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
IF we approve a refund for an reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
That any order discrepancies MUST be reported within the first 48 hours of receiving your package. Your package slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL problems. This include, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved. firstname.lastname@example.org if the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be for the amount the merchandise was purchased for.
